We understand how important it is to receive your orders on time. That's why we work with a reliable courier partner to make sure of that. We ship all orders via J&T courier service. All of our packages are traceable. You will receive a tracking number with the respective delivery courier from us.



WHAT IF I HAVE BACKORDER ITEM WITHIN MY ORDER?


If you have a backorder item within your order, it will then be on hold and shipped altogether when the item is back in stock. Should you wish for us to send out the ready stock items first, please contact us and the order will then be split.


We will notify you a unique tracking number and tracking link to the respective carrier when we ship your orders. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes addresses.




Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, we don’t allow any changes once the order has been shipped.


If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, you will be contacted for an alternative delivery address. We will resend your package to the new address that you provided, however, you are required to pay the extra delivery charge for the resend. For your information, we can only resend orders once.


P.S. We are not responsible for any parcels lost in transit. However please contact us immediately if you have not received your parcel in the stated timeframe and we'll do our best to assist you. 

Take note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused especially during busy period and season.
